Quality department is one of the most importent part of our production. It guarantee our customers reliability and high quality standard of our products. 

NAREX ROLL s.r.o. use quality management system, that accords to specification ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009. 

There is an intern audit in our production program., that manage documents, records, protocols and rating of our suppliers. We have full controlled production process from our quotation to delivery to customer.

The quality department often measures and checks our production. It also calibrates and checs measure tools. We have well educated workers and use many measure tools. 

We also use metrolog, that is used to calibrate and official verificates measure tools, that stores history and calibration protocols. 

We use these measures and monitoring to guarantee conformity production of thread tools and services.

75th anniversary of NAREX ROLL

In 1944, Dr. Ing. Bleckmann moved production from Vienna to Zdice (Czech Republic) under the name Bleckmann.

During the time, the name was changed from Bleckmann to ZONE, NAREX Zdice to the current name NAREX ROLL.

Despite hard competition, NAREX ROLL ranks among the leading manufacturers on the market and exports its products to more than 40 countries worldwide.

Due to our own mechanical equipment we can offer you a cooperation with manufacturing of threads on rolling machines PR-25, UPWS-16, UPW-12,5/70.

Rolled threads:  metrical (M), trapezoidal (Tr), Whitworth (W, G, BSF), Unified (UN, UNC, UNF, UNJF)

Size range of the cooperated products:

• diameter of thread from 2 to 90 mm
• lenght of thread up to 5000 mm
• lead of trapezoidal threads from 2 to 8 mm
• module of worms up to 4 mm

We offer too:

• Surface grinding (BPH a SFRX)
• Circulate grinding (BU-25,BU-20)
• Grinding of the accurate threads and worms
• Turning (conventional and CNC lathes)
• Accurate boring (Fehlmann Picomax 100 CNC3)

REAMERS

From diameter 7,6 to 60mm,separate or sets (range of little set 13,75-24mm,big set 10,25-33mm). 

Tangential chasers

Tangential chasers are used for cutting of external threads. Material of chasers is HSS, set includes four knifes. Production runs according supplied drawing or sample.

RADIAL CHASERS

Jaw chasers are intended for cutting of threads M, G, UNC. Chasers are from HHS, for types of screw-cutting die heads III, IV, V.

THREAD ROLLING PADS

We are pleased to offer you thread rolling pads with sintered metal leaf. They are produced in short - ČSN 223413 and long design - ČSN 223414 for all types of thread rolling machines and threads.

We produce very wide product assortment. Their dimensions and types are determinated by various factors - used rolling machine, rolling method, type, size and lenght of rolled thread and properties of the rolled material. 

We produce standardized roller dies and products according to a drawing documentation. 

In our range of goods are also roller dies for knurling - straight, oblique, normal cross, oblique cross.

We are able offer you the renovation of roller dies.

NAREX ZDICE - thread rolling tools production

Narex Zdice s.r.o. started its production of threading tools in 1944, when it was transferred from Vienna by a Dr. Ing Bleckmann’s company. The company was specialized in manufacturing of threading tools and these products have been the main article ever since. Threading tools are sold in the Czech Republic but they are distributed to many European countries and worldwide.

The running of the company has undergone many changes, which made it possible to employ more people. In 1968, the range of products was widened to include adjustable reamers.

Over the years the name of the company was several times changed, from Dr. Ing. Bleckmann, TOS, ZONA and Nářadí to the current brand Narex Zdice, s.r.o. After 1993 it subjected to the property restitution law and was therefore returned to the original owner. For the following two years the production was carried on according to the lease contract, after it was moved into a former limekiln building.

The continual efforts in the area of increasing quality were awarded by the achieving of ISO 9001 certificates for quality control in 2004.

Currently the company is carrying out the gradual renewal of the machinery. The innovation of the customer information system and other enhancements are also on schedule.

Naše společnost získala výhradní zastoupení pro prodej válcovaček závitů značky GOM a Govama tureckého výrobce Gokcuoglu. Jedná se o technicky velmi vyspělé stroje s moderními řídícími a kontrolními mechanismy, které jsou dodávány po celém světě včetně západní Evropy a Spojených států. Válcovačky obsahují špičkové hydraulické a elektrické komponenty, které umožňují velkou opakovatelnost pracovních cyklů s minimálními prostoji a náklady na údržbu. (zjistit více)

PŘIJMEME ZAMĚSTNANCE DO PROVOZU

Rozšířili jsme náš strojní park o novou drátovou řezačku Fanuc Robocut alfa-C400iA. Jedná se o vysoce výkonný stroj z hlediska přesnosti i produktivity umožní nabídnout našim zákazníkům komplexnější portfolio služeb. Technická data a podrobnosti naleznete zde.

Zahájili jsme zkušební provoz na nově zakoupené brusce pro broušení vnějších závitů Matrix 0850. Nejdůležitější činnost, která bude na stroji probíhat, je vývoj nových závitových profilů, a to v součinnosti s naším novým profiloměrem Mitutoyo CV3100. Obě zařízení byla zakoupena v rámci

Projektu č. 4.2 PT03/330 Rozšíření výzkumného a vývojového centra pro vývoj nástrojů na tváření za studena,

který je spolufinancován Evropským fondem pro regionální rozvoj a Ministerstvem průmyslu a obchodu.
