We have many years experience in thread rolling tools production and consultation for thread rolling companies. Thankts for these experience we are able to manufacture for cooperation thread rolling standard roller dies or special roller dies in short delivery terms. 

We are able to produce special thread rollers according to your specification of profile in the product. There isn't problem with special requests for exampel convex profile.

Best quality level of all our products is provided our quality department. 

Quality department checks all parts of production (input material, all processes used in production and final product). 

Size restrictions for cooperative rolling:

• Thread diameter 2 - 90 mm
• Length of thread up to 5000 mm
• Pitch of trapezoid thread 2 - 8 mm
• Size of screw modul up to 4 mm

We are rolling for exampel: threded rods, bolts, piston rods and many other products

We are able to offer also cooperative grinding, turning and cutting of semi finished products.
