We manufacture flat rolling dies with standard thread profiles, as well as flat dies for the manufacture of nails with convex profiles. The dimensions of the die depend on the machine for which the die is intended.

Flat thread rolling dies are made with standard thread profile and for nails with convex profile. 

Profile of thread is made by rolling process between two dies. It is very productive method. Flat dies are made in one side and both side variant.  

We offer also renovation of damaged flat dies of course.  

Set type A

• Thread surface flat profile, rounded ramps
• Delivered in set of 1 x "a" and 1 x "b"

Set type B

• Thread surface flat profile, rounded ramps
• Both sided variant, after damage there is possibility
  to rotate the dies and improve durability of the tool
• Delivered in set of 1 x "a" and 1 x "b"

Set type C

• Fixed die with long ramp, movable flat die
• Delivered in set of 1 x "a" and 1 x "b"
