Quality department is one of the most importent part of our production. It guarantee our customers reliability and high quality standard of our products. 

NAREX ROLL s.r.o. use quality management system, that accords to specification ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009. 

There is an intern audit in our production program., that manage documents, records, protocols and rating of our suppliers. We have full controlled production process from our quotation to delivery to customer.

 

The quality department often measures and checks our production. It also calibrates and checs measure tools. We have well educated workers and use many measure tools. 

We also use metrolog, that is used to calibrate and official verificates measure tools, that stores history and calibration protocols. 

 

We use these measures and monitoring to guarantee conformity production of thread tools and services.

75th anniversary of NAREX ROLL

In 1944, Dr. Ing. Bleckmann moved production from Vienna to Zdice (Czech Republic) under the name Bleckmann.

During the time, the name was changed from Bleckmann to ZONE, NAREX Zdice to the current name NAREX ROLL.

Despite hard competition, NAREX ROLL ranks among the leading manufacturers on the market and exports its products to more than 40 countries worldwide.

Due to our own mechanical equipment we can offer you a cooperation with manufacturing of threads on rolling machines PR-25, UPWS-16, UPW-12,5/70.

Rolled threads:  metrical (M), trapezoidal (Tr), Whitworth (W, G, BSF), Unified (UN, UNC, UNF, UNJF)

Size range of the cooperated products:

  • diameter of thread from 2 to 90 mm
  • lenght of thread up to 5000 mm
  • lead of trapezoidal threads from 2 to 8 mm
  • module of worms up to 4 mm

 

We offer too:
  • Surface grinding (BPH a SFRX)
  • Circulate grinding (BU-25,BU-20)
  • Grinding of the accurate threads and worms

About NAREX ROLL

NAREX ROLL s.r.o. started its production of threading tools in 1944, when it was transferred from Vienna by a Dr. Ing Bleckmann’s company. The company was specialized in manufacturing of threading tools and these products have been the main article since then. Our products are sold in the Czech Republic and European countries and worldwide.

During the time we have extended our product portfolio of thread rolling tools to adjustable hand reamers. We also cooperate with our partners. The continual efforts in the area of increasing quality were awarded by the achieving of ISO 9001 certificates for quality control in 2004, 2016.

Currently the company is carrying out the gradual renewal of the machinery. The innovation of the customer information system and other enhancements are also on schedule.
